These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, treatments, reservations, promotions, gift vouchers and products offered by Relaxing Time.

By making an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher or using a service from Relaxing Time, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Relaxing Time offers relaxation and wellness services, including floating, magnesium treatments, body wraps, body scrubs, foot baths, heat blanket/heat mattress.
The services of Relaxing Time are focused on relaxation, recovery, wellbeing and body care. They do not replace medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychological care or advice from a doctor or specialist.
In case of medical complaints, pregnancy, skin problems, allergies, injuries, heart conditions, epilepsy, open wounds, infections or doubts about participating, the customer must contact Relaxing Time in advance and, if necessary, consult a doctor.
2. Appointments and reservations
Appointments can be made via the website, by telephone, by e-mail or on location.
When making an appointment, the customer is responsible for correctly providing their name, telephone number, e-mail address and any relevant information about health or special circumstances.
After making an online appointment, you will normally receive a confirmation by e-mail. Always check whether the date, time and selected treatment are correct.
3. Payment
Payment can be made online in advance, via payment link, through a payment provider or on location, depending on the chosen service or appointment.
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Relaxing Time reserves the right to change prices, promotions and packages. Already confirmed appointments remain valid at the price confirmed at the time of booking, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellation or rescheduling
An appointment can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the appointment, Relaxing Time may charge the full amount or part of the amount.
In case of no-show, the full amount may be charged.
Cancellation or rescheduling can be done by e-mail, by telephone or via the instructions in the booking confirmation, if available.
5. Arriving late
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, this may reduce your treatment time or floating time.
The end time of the appointment generally remains the same, so that following customers are not affected.
If the customer arrives so late that the treatment can no longer be carried out properly or safely, Relaxing Time may cancel the appointment. In that case, the full amount may be charged.
6. Health and personal responsibility
The customer is responsible for correctly and fully informing Relaxing Time about medical complaints, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, skin problems, medication use or other circumstances that may affect the treatment.
Relaxing Time may refuse, adjust or stop a treatment when this is necessary for the safety, hygiene or health of the customer or practitioner.
Relaxing Time is not liable for damage, injury, skin reactions, discomfort or other consequences if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information, withheld medical information or failed to follow advice or instructions.
7. Floating and hygiene
Additional hygiene and safety rules apply to floating.
The customer must shower before floating and follow the instructions of Relaxing Time. Floating is not permitted or is discouraged in situations including open wounds, contagious skin problems, severe dizziness, fever, recent hair colouring, incontinence, diarrhoea, infections or other circumstances where hygiene or safety cannot be guaranteed.
In case of doubt, the customer must contact Relaxing Time in advance.
If negligence, incorrect use or failure to follow instructions results in extra cleaning, water treatment or temporary closure, Relaxing Time may charge the costs to the customer.
8. Results
The experience and results of floating, magnesium treatments or other wellness services may vary from person to person.
Relaxing Time does not guarantee specific results, healing, pain relief or medical improvement.
9. Gift voucher
Gift vouchers from Relaxing Time can be used for services or treatments from Relaxing Time, unless stated otherwise.
They cannot be exchanged for cash.
The validity period of a gift voucher is stated on the gift voucher or at the time of purchase. If no validity period is stated, a standard validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase applies.
In case of loss, theft or damage to a gift voucher, Relaxing Time is not obliged to issue a new gift voucher.
10. Promotions, offers and packages
Promotions and offers are only valid during the stated promotional period and while available.
Discounts cannot be applied afterwards to bookings that have already been made.
Promotions, offers, packages and subscriptions cannot automatically be combined with other discounts, gift vouchers or promotions, unless expressly stated.
Relaxing Time may change or end a promotion or offer when there is a valid reason to do so.
11. Subscriptions and session packages
When Relaxing Time offers subscriptions, session cards or session packages, the conditions stated with the relevant subscription or package apply.
Sessions are personal and non-transferable, unless Relaxing Time confirms otherwise in writing.
Unused sessions are not automatically refunded, unless legally required or otherwise agreed.
12. Personal belongings
Relaxing Time is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Customers are responsible for their own belongings. Preferably do not bring valuable items to the appointment.
13. Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required.
In case of inappropriate behaviour, aggression, sexual comments, intimidation, drunkenness, drug use or failure to follow instructions, Relaxing Time may immediately stop the treatment or refuse access.
In that case, no refund will be given.
14. Liability
Relaxing Time performs its services carefully and professionally.
Relaxing Time is not liable for damage, injury or complaints resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, failure to follow instructions, medical circumstances of which Relaxing Time was not aware or the use of services against advice.
The liability of Relaxing Time is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
15. Force majeure
Relaxing Time is not liable if an appointment cannot take place due to circumstances beyond its control, such as illness, technical failure, power outage, water damage, equipment problems, government measures, extreme weather conditions or other force majeure situations.
In such cases, a new appointment will be arranged in consultation.
16. Privacy
Relaxing Time processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Relaxing Time.
Personal data is only used for purposes such as bookings, contact, payments, administration and the safe performance of treatments.

17. Complaints
Do you have a complaint or are you not satisfied with something? Please contact Relaxing Time as soon as possible.

18. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Spain.
19. Changes
Relaxing Time may change these Terms and Conditions when services, prices, legislation or business operations change.
